Paul has over a decade of experience working on climate change and energy policy and implementation within the public sector, private sector and NGOs. Paul has worked on urban decarbonisation and energy planning through senior management roles within Transport for London and local government, and has national level policy experience working as political advisor on climate change and energy in Parliament. Paul has an LLM in Environmental Law.

Grace is a specialist in public sector decarbonisation, with experience across planning, policy and project delivery. Grace’s previous roles include Climate Change and Sustainability Officer at Lambeth Council, and Net Zero Advisor at the NHS. Grace has a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences and has a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Environmental, Economic and Social Sustainability.
